The main courses we offer:

We offer courses for personal nutritionists. Contents of the training of food workers concern:
a) Legislative Norms;
b) The H.A.C.C.P. System;
c) Toxic infections and pathogenic microorganisms;
d) the correct hygiene practice;
e) methods of protection against pests;

For activities at Low, Medium, High risk. Our courses are:
MODULE A) Fire and fire prevention (2 hours):
  Principles on combustion and fire; Extinguishing substances,
  Combustion triangle; Main causes of a fire;
  Risks to people in case of fire;
  Main measures and measures to prevent fires.
MODULE B) Fire protection and procedures to be adopted in case of fire (3 hours):
  Main measures for protection against fires;
  Way of exodus;
  Procedures to be adopted when a fire is detected or in the event of an alarm;
  Evacuation procedures; Relations with firefighters; Equipment and fire extinguishing systems; Alarm systems;
  Safety signs,
  Emergency lighting.
MODULE C) Practical exercises (3 hours):
  Taking vision and clarification on the most extinct means; disseminated;
  Inspection and clarification on personal protective equipment;
  Exercises on the use of portable fire extinguishers with fire extinguishing test.
  How to use hoses and hydrants.

The attendance certificate will be shown; issued only to those who attended at least 90% of the scheduled hours, the topics are:
Module A - 4 hours:
  Rescue the rescue system;
  Recognize a health emergency:
   1) Accident scene;
   2) Assessment of the psychophysical conditions of the worker;
   3) Elementary notions of anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular and respiratory apparatus.
   4) Self-protection techniques for rescue personnel.
  Implement first aid interviews:
   1) Sustainability of vital functions;
   2) Recognition and limits of first aid intervention;
Module B - 4 hours:
  Acquire general knowledge about trauma in work environments;
   1) Elements of the skeleton anatomy;
   2) Dislocation, fractures and complications;
   3) Traumas cranio-encephalic lesions and vertebral column;    4) Trauma and thoracic abdominal lesions.
  Acquire general knowledge on specific pathologies in the workplace:
   1) Cold and heat injuries;
   2) Injury from electric current,
   3) Injury from chemical agents;
   4) Poisoning;
   5) Wounded lacerated wounds;
   6) External bleeding. MODULE C - 4 hours
  Acquire practical action skills:
   1) Main communication techniques with the S.S.N.
   2) Main first aid techniques in acute cerebral syndromes;
   3) Main first aid techniques in acute respiratory syndrome;
   4) Principal Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Techniques;
   5) Main hemorrhagic tamponing techniques;
   6) Main techniques of lifting and transport of the traumatized;
   7) Main first aid techniques in the event of exposure to chemical and biological agents.

The certificate of attendance will be issued only to those who have attended at least 90% of the hours provided by the course, which deals with   a) Community and national legal principles;
  b) general and special legislation on health and safety at work;
  c) the main subjects involved and the related obligations;   d) the definition and identification of risk factors;
  e) risk assessment;
  f) the identification of technical, organizational and procedural prevention and protection measures;
  g) regulatory aspects of employee representation activities;
  h) notions of communication techniques.

Mandatory for employers who perform directly the duties of the person in charge of the prevention and protection against risks. Duration of the course 16 hours.
The Contents are:
  a) the legal framework on worker safety and civil and criminal liability;
  b) the supervisory and control bodies in relations with companies;
  c) insurance protection, statistics and accident records;
  d) relations with workers' representatives;
  e) contracts, self-employment and security;
  f) risk assessment;
  g) the main types of risk and related technical, organizational and procedural security measures;
  h) personal protective equipment;
  i) fire prevention and emergency plans;
  j) health prevention;
  k) information and training of workers.

Mandatory for Managers. Duration of the course 8 hours) Title obtained: Certificate of attendance The certificate of attendance will be issued only to those who have participated at least 90% of the scheduled hours, if the total number of hours is not reached a simple certificate of participation will be issued, indicating the hours actually performed, which can be used as general training activity. Training content:
  a) key stakeholders and related obligations;
  b) definition and identification of risk factors;
  c) risk assessment;
  d) identification of technical, organizational and procedural prevention and protection measures.
Verifications: The course presents an entrance test and concludes with a final test of learning.
At the end of the course a specific questionnaire will be proposed for the final evaluation by the participants so that they can express a judgment on the different aspects of the course just ended.
Objectives: To discharge the obligation imposed by the employer for the training of the Supervisors. In particular, the course is aimed at transmitting knowledge on the main risk control and prevention techniques, on the specific risks existing in the areas in which it exercises its appointment.

Duration of the course 8 hours) Title obtained: Certificate of attendance The certificate of attendance will be issued only to those who have participated at least 90% of the scheduled hours, if the total number of hours is not reached a simple certificate of participation will be issued, indicating the hours actually performed, which can be used as general training.
